How often should I get a facial?

Facials are your ‘active ingredient’, so we recommend coming in once a month for a facial. We understand that this not realistic for everyone, so whenever you can! Quarterly facials do wonders for the skin and wellbeing as well. This is a space for you, so whatever works for you works for me.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel or reschedule sooner than 12 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service charge. This is non-negotiable and appreciate your understanding!

How do I prepare for my facial?

24 hours before your facial, please:

• Do Not use any facial scrubs

• NO direct sun exposure

• NO tanning beds

• AVOID glycolic, salicylic, or retinol products the night before

• AVOID waxing or threading of facial hair (brows are okay)

• REFRAIN from gym, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, or hot yoga 24 hours after treatment.

What is your exact location?

I am located within a dental office, The Smile Agency, 1175 E Green St Pasadena.

How do I check in?

Once you arrive, please take a seat in the lobby and text me at (626) 437-9787. Do not check in at the front desk as the staff only handles dental patients.

Are masks required?

Yes, masks are required in the lobby of the dental office. Once I have come out to greet you and guided you into my suite, you are free to remove your mask so that I may preform your selected treatment.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, there is 2 hour complimentary parking available.
